Landlord & Lessor


Ambos os termos podem ser traduzidos por locador*.


Todavia, landlord é o locador de bem imóvel e lessor o locador de outros tipos de bens.

Exemplos1

Landlord

Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the premises.

 

The interests of Landlord in the Premises is herein called "Landlord's Estate".

 

Landlord agrees that without the prior consent of Tenant (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) it shall not seek any change in the zoning ordinance.

 

Landlord has not made an inspection of the premises or of any property or fixture or other item constituting a portion thereof.

Lessor
