• A city official said the ban, based on a 1992 sanitation law, is aimed at villagers who bring their idle animals to town [.]³

food safety/sanitation law

• The objective of Food Sanitation Law is to secure the safety of FD by controlling the risk of health hazards caused by ingestion of FD⁴.

plant protection law

• The Plant Protection Law requires any importer of fresh fruits to submit an "Application for Inspection of Plants and Import-Prohibited Articles" to the plant protection station at a designated port of entry⁵.

water supply and sanitation law

• In particular, the government is drafting a new General Water Law and Water Supply and Sanitation Law after various previous attempts⁶.
