IBRAC and ABCI invite you to the Webinar "Brazil-U.S. Trade Negotiations: Does the current landscape favor a Free Trade Agreement?"

The meeting of Presidents Jair Bolsonaro and Donald Trump in Mar-a-Lago, COVID-19 and the possible early resumption of the Chinese economy are factors that may impact, or even accelerate, trade negotiations for a Free Trade Agreement between Brazil and United States? What other interests are at the table? How can the private sector participate?

To clarify these issues, we will have the presence of distinguished experts:

- Ambassador Pedro Miguel Costa e Silva
Secretary for Bilateral and Regional Negotiations in the Americas of Government of Brazil

- Abrão Miguel Árabe Neto
Executive Vice President of Amcham Brasil and Former Foreign Trade Secretary of the Government of Brazil

- Renata B. Vasconcellos
Senior Director of Trade Policy at Brazil-U.S. Business Council

Moderators

- Renê Medrado
IBRAC, Director for International Trade

- Aluisio Lima-Campos
ABCI, Chairman

The Webinar will take place on April 28, 2020 at 11 am (Brasilia time) and will last for one hour, with the possibility of an extension of twenty minutes for questions. Inscriptions are limited.

This webinar will be presented in English and we will not provide a simultaneous translation servisse.
